Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
How long does shipping take?
Your product will be shipped as quickly as possible after you place your order and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the shipping speed of the carriers.
Are anchors included?
Our Slide, Swing Set, and Jungle Line come with anchors for more stability.
What is the warranty?
Our limited warranty only covers normal wear and tear and manufacturer defects. The standard warranty for most of our playground equipment is 3 years on the frame and 1 year on all other materials.
What is the age range for your playsets?
Our playsets are designed for children 4 to 12 years of age.
I have the previous Yellow, Red, and Blue ActivPlay Jungle Gym model. Will these new color options be compatible with my jungle gym?
The new ActivPlay Jungle Gym and Modular components will not fit with previous models of ActivPlay equipment made before March 2024.
